Oil and environmental services provider Adler and Allan has opened its new Glasgow-based depot, launched as part of a growth and expansion programme.
Located in Uddingston, the new premises will serve the North, offering Adler and Allan’s full range of services, including flood mitigation, fuel and tank services, waste removal and clean-up, spill and disaster response, plus general asset protection.
Peter Lohan, northern area manager, commented: “The demand for our services has been mounting in this part of the country, with Adler and Allan teams already completing a large amount of forecourt works, tank cleaning and spill response in the area, plus we have recently secured a major contract with BT.
“It made businesses sense to establish a northern base to better serve our customers locally, offering more flexibility for the business, while building key partnerships and improving service levels and reach.”
The move has resulted in the recruitment of a new business development manager, Kris Maxwell, specifically brought in to support the firm in its expansion plans.
