Awards host Brian Conley (left) and John Pattison, brand director from Londis (far right), present Jonathan Tout and Zena Bishop with the award for Best Innovation.

The team at Tout's decided to bring the Nailsea Store up to the standard of its flagship site at Langford, but did not have the same space to extend the site. So they did a full internal fit-out and re-merchandising, costing 300,000. They also developed their own loyalty scheme the Tout's Signature Card. Also winner of Best Site in the West Country & Wales (4mlpa-plus)
