The team at Tout’s decided to bring the Nailsea Store up to the standard of its flagship site at Langford, but did not have the same space to extend the site. So they did a full internal fit-out and re-merchandising, costing £300,000. They also developed their own loyalty scheme the Tout’s Signature Card. Also winner of Best Site in the West Country & Wales (4mlpa-plus)
