Ginsters has launched a new range of sub-style rolls. There are three varieties, all made using a premium white-bread roll that has a specially-enriched dough which is meant to maintain its fresh-baked characteristics for longer. The flavours are: chargrilled chicken & bacon; ham, egg & tomato; and double cheese & onion. Ginsters sandwich brand manager, Karen Bessell, says: "We recognise the importance of being able to offer variety. "The market for subs is rising fast and we have deliberately selected chicken, cheese and ham fillings because these are the most popular and will generate the greatest demand."
