The Cinderhill Street site in Overmonnow, Monmouth has been refurbished and rebranded Budgens Overmonnow.

It includes a 2,915sq ft store which offers a 'supermarket range' of fresh fruit and veg, ready meals, frozen foods and groceries. There is also a 'shop within a shop' section of licensed lines plus a patisserie offering freshly-made coffee.

Said Susie: "We have developed our relationship with Budgens to bring a new dimension to the Overmonnow forecourt as they have a long tradition of running local stores, can offer a fantastic range including really good fresh food and, most importantly, believe in the future of the independent retailer."

The site also boasts a Washtec car wash which uses ultra-high pressure brushless technology plus two Washtec Prisma jetwashes.

The business is owned by the Simon Smith Group - number 44 in the Top 50 Indies list.
