Washtec is providing extra marketing support through its new 'Washtec file', which was unveiled at the Forecourt Trader Top Indies Fuel Track Day. Washtec is hosting free marketing forums around the UK from December 10 to explain how the file works. For more information email dawnfrazer@washtec-uk.com.

Total has teamed up with the Local Authority Road Safety Officers' Association (Larsoa) to launch a campaign called Brighten Up Little Learners. The scheme aims to make sure youngsters aged six and under learn basic road safety skills and wear high visibility clothing this winter.

Retailers who display Christmas stock too early are in danger of driving away customers. Shoppers are reacting against stores trying to make festive sales start earlier, according to research group SPSL. People prefer to leave their shopping until later to pick up a bargain.
