Hundreds of truckers from around the UK are heading to London today in the second protest against soaring fuel prices. The lorry drivers are demanding an “essential user” duty rebate for HGV drivers. Heavy congestion was expected on roads leading into central London as the truckers, who claim it now costs £1,000 a week to fill up their lorries, leave their vehicles to

head to 10 Downing Street to hand in a petition. Motorists have been warned to expect major delays. For more details, see the June issue of Forecourt Trader.
