The Fri-Jado Bake Basic 3P programmable oven, designed for small-scale baking needs, is now available exclusively from Equip Line. Operating off a 13-amp plug, it is ideal for anywhere offering a range of bake-off products throughout the day. It has three baking positions, water injection, oven fan and an alarm signal. Programme time, temperature and number of steam pulses per minute can be pre-set, while the memory enables the operator to set 25 three-stage programmes.
