Indigo Retail Holdings Limited has acquired TQIPS Limited, part of the Petroleum and Convenience Division of Torex Retail Holdings Limited. TQIPS is described as the market-leading supplier of project management, construction and forecourt services in the UK.

Baljit (Billy) Tank of Indigo Retail Holdings, said, "We are excited to be the new owners of TQIPS, which has a first class reputation in the retail petroleum market. I am particularly pleased that we will be adding some very experienced staff to our team as well as some important tier 1 customers. The business of TQIPS gives additional strength and backbone to the Indigo infrastructure to deliver customer satisfaction, Indigo’s core value. The range of services we offer will now include forecourt design, through construction and maintenance to the provision of EPoS and back office solutions, delivering a powerful solution for all forecourt and c store operators."

Indigo, which was formed in 2005, supplies added-value solutions to both convenience store retailers as well as forecourt operators. These range from EFTPoS through customer research terminals, to web based inter-active media terminals. The products are backed-up by our EPOS Engineers who supply forecourt installation and maintenance services and software support for both Indigo and 3rd party hardware and software.
