Indigo Retail Holdings Limited has acquired TQIPS Limited, part of the Petroleum and Convenience Division of Torex Retail Holdings Limited. TQIPS is described as the market-leading supplier of project management, construction and forecourt services in the UK.

Indigo, which was formed in 2005, supplies added-value solutions to both convenience store retailers as well as forecourt operators. These range from EFTPoS through customer research terminals, to web based inter-active media terminals. The products are backed-up by our EPOS Engineers who supply forecourt installation and maintenance services and software support for both Indigo and 3rd party hardware and software.
