Great Gas Petroleum (Ireland) Ltd, the Irish owned fuel supplier – part of the DCC Group which owns GB Oils Ltd – has launched the GreatGas FuelCard,

designed to offer motorists a faster, more convenient and cost-effective way to pay for their fuel.

The GreatGas FuelCard allows cardholders to fill up at any of the 50 GreatGas forecourts or at a choice of over 750 DCI (Diesel Card Ireland) affiliated forecourts across the country.

While any motorist can use the GreatGas FuelCard, the company claims it will be ofparticular convenience for small business owners, sole traders and subcontractors as regular invoices will make it easier to manage and monitor fuel budgets and will also simplify VAT returns.

Other features and benefits of the GreatGas FuelCard include: convenient e-billingwith invoices sent directly to your inbox; simple payment throughdirect debit; SMS price update notifications; no minimum purchase; no fixed contract; a dedicated GreatGas FuelCard support team.

In addition, the card offers a range of security features, such as PIN number restriction, product restrictions, transaction limit, day filling restrictions and a 24 Hour lockout period if a security breach is attempted.

GreatGas is operated by Great Gas Petroleum (Ireland) Ltd, with headquarters located in Churchtown, Co Cork, and is part of the DCC plc group. GreatGas sources its fuel from ConocoPhillips in Whitegate, Chevron in Dublin and Galway and from the LSS terminal in Derry. This enables secure delivery by GreatGas to forecourts across the country.
