Independent ATM supplier InfoCash has acquired the business and assets of competitor Cashbox plc.
The acquisition is in line with InfoCash’s strategic plans to significantly grow its network of ATM machines across the UK.
The addition of the Cashbox network will see its total portfolio more than double to approaching 5,000 ATMs.
Tim Wilder, managing director of InfoCash, said: "InfoCash will provide seamless continuity for all Cashbox operations and for all ATM contracts that make up the Cashbox ATM estate.
"There will be no disruption to the operation of the ATMs in this transition nor will there be any interruptions to payments."
