Northern Forecourts Ltd, a supplier to the forecourt sector whose principal trading address was Unit 11 Grange Lane Industrial Estate, Stairfoot, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S71 5AS, and which was set up in October 2001, has been placed into liquidation.
The registered office address is care of insolvency practitioners Bridgestones, 125/127 Union Street, Oldham, Greater Manchester OL1 1TE
A notice in the London Gazette from the chairman John Marsland, which was dated July 17, gave notice that there would be a creditors meeting at Bridgestones’ offices on August 7, 2014.
It added that a list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors would be available for inspection at Bridgestones’ offices on the two business days prior to the meeting.
