product news: Imperial launches RYO brand

13 November, 2015

Imperial Tobacco has launched Player’s Red Volume Tobacco, an addition to the fine cut tobacco economy price sector.

Imperial Tobacco brand portfolio manager Emma Stew comments: “Player’s Red Volume Tobacco will appeal to a wide range of adult smokers, from those who roll their own to those who use a cigarette maker. The volume-boosting technology works in conjunction with our new tobacco blend to provide consumers with even more tobacco for their money.

“We’re delighted to introduce a RYO product to the successful Player’s family. It’s a compelling addition and a must-stock.”

Player’s Red Volume Tobacco is available in three sizes: an 8g trial pack, 20g pouch plus a 50g can at RRPs of £2.59, £6.52 (both including papers) and £16.20 respectively. Price-marked packs are available while stocks last.
