Park Garage Group moves sites to Texaco
Published:  11 March, 2016

Top 50 Indie Park Garage Group has signed up three new sites with Valero, to operate under the Texaco brand.

Managing director Sunil Tandon commented: “With the strength of the Texaco brand and the support of a Star Rewards Double Points promotion running during March, we expect fuel volumes to grow with these latest signings.

“We have a long-standing relationship with Valero to sell under the Texaco brand and even with all the changes over the years, I find the personnel to be honest and transparent and the fuel volumes have remained high.”

Keith Evans, regional manager for Valero, said, “Our long-standing relationship with Park Garage Group continues to develop and the three additional sites take the total number to 25 now. We pride ourselves on our relationships with dealers and Sunil’s acknowledgment of that as we strive to be the ‘dealer of choice’.”

Park Garage Group is a family-owned business that has been in the industry almost 40 years. In 1985, it passed to the second generation when Sunil Tandon took up the reins as managing director and his brother Balraj became chairman.

Together, they began building up their portfolio of service stations with a number of different oil companies. Starting with the first Texaco-branded site 15 years ago, Park Garage Group has continued to build its business with Valero, and is currently ranked seventh in the Top 50 Indies.

The latest three sites – Godalming, Deptford and Sittingbourne – which were previously supplied by Esso, are the latest to come on board.
