product news: Batchelors rolls out Super Noodles Pots

John Wood ·

Batchelors Super Noodles’ Pots range is being rolling out in convenience in four flavours: Chicken, BBQ Beef, Curry, and Bacon.

Steve Kelly, convenience channel director at Premier Foods, commented: “People love Batchelors Super Noodles and the new pot format has helped us to modernise the range, making it more relevant for the convenience market and impulse occasions. We have experienced first-hand how successful this format is, with 16.9 million units of Super Noodles Pots sold since the launch into grocery, demonstrating the real appetite for this product.”

To celebrate the launch into convenience, Premier Foods is offering the chance for one retailer to win a branded hot water station for their store, bringing their customers an on-0the-go meal solution in minutes.

To be in with a chance of winning, retailers need to post or email their full name, contact number and store details, titled ‘Batchelors Competition’, to or by post labelled ‘Batchelors Competition’ to Cirkle PR, Canon House, 27 London End, Beaconsfield HP9 2HN . The competition opens on August 6 and runs until September 30.

“With 5.2 million Super Noodles buyers each year, we are confident that launching our pot format into convenience will help retailers drive further sales. Our competition, which will see one retailer win a hot water station for their store, will create a buzz around the launch and also help us raise awareness of the opportunity retailers have to offer their shoppers a quick meal solution in-store with Batchelors,” said Kelly.
