New look to help boost sales

Kraft Foods has recently revamped the look and feel of its Maynards range with a bright and bold packaging redesign.

The new-look packs run across all Maynards products including Maynards Wine Gums, Maynards Wine Pastilles, Maynards Sours, Maynards Sports Mix and Maynards Midget Gems.

The redesign includes a swirling 'vortex' pattern, giving the illusion of the product being lost in the centre, and emulating the ease at which consumers get 'lost in the chew' with Maynards.

The company says familiar bright colours will aid stand-out on shelf, accompanied by the popular Maynard the Moose, who will feature on pack for the first time in the brand's history.

This new look will be supported by a comprehensive advertising campaign to drive awareness of the new design.

To celebrate, Maynards is giving readers the chance to win cases of 170g bags of Maynards Wine Gums. There are six prizes of three cases each.
