Quaker Oat So Simple has launched a three-week TV campaign which is intended to drive sales in the hot breakfast category this winter.

The TV advert highlights the product benefits of Quaker Oats; wholegrain, high in fibre and helps lower cholesterol.

Duncan McKay, Quaker marketing manager, commented: “We are really excited that Quaker Oat So Simple is returning to TV screens this winter. The new campaign is set to be seen by 70% of our target audience and will help to drive the core range of Quaker Oat So Simple.

“The breakfast category continues to present a huge sales opportunity for retailers. More often, consumers are looking for a healthier and sustaining breakfast that meets their needs for convenience.

“Products that are ‘quick’ and ‘easy to prepare’ are among the top motivations for breakfast choice so it is important for retailers to maximise this sales opportunity by focusing on the right range of convenient products.”
