French group MADIC has acquired TLM, developer of the evolution suite of technology for forecourt operators and convenience retailers. HTEC owner Universe combines with Celtech

Universe Group, the parent company of HTEC, has combined with Celtech Software. Celtech is a developer of retail and wholesale management solutions (RMS) based in Dublin.
