A new company has been set up in the downstream fuel industry to provide spill response, environmental and decommissioning services across the UK.
REDS Group aims to deliver complete solutions for the maintenance, inspection and environmental management of fuel storage facilities, with expertise ranging from emergency spill response and environmental monitoring, to storage tank decommissioning and ground remediation.
Founded and led by Lloyd Burnard, REDS Group combines many years of industry experience with extensive technical expertise. Prior to launching REDS, Burnard held roles at LCM Environmental, having initially joined the business as a site operative more than 20 years ago.
He believes that REDS Group’s people are its strongest asset. Specialists include experienced environmental consultants, waste consultants, tanker drivers and spill responders. These skills, enable REDS Group to provide multi-discipline services across the UK. "I am delighted to be working with some of the industry’s most knowledgeable and experienced specialists," said Burnard, adding that a network of strategic partners enabled it to support clients in any location.
