product news: Grace Foods launches slim can Coconut Water

John Wood ·

Caribbean food and drink supplier Grace Foods UK has launched a new slim can Coconut Water range.

The range of three Coconut Water flavours flavours – Original, Apple and Lemon – will be available in 310ml cans, and will be joined by a new Sparkling Coconut Water range which is also available in slim cans.

Grace Foods brand manager Giuseppe Vullo said: “The new Grace Sparkling Coconut Water range is one of the first innovations of its kind in the UK and we’re confident it will help retailers meet the growing consumer demands for authentic taste experiences from around the world.

“The coconut water market is growing fast and shows no sign of slowing with NPD playing a pivotal role in that growth. Shoppers are increasingly looking for alternatives to sugar-sweetened soft drinks but can find water tasteless and boring. Grace Coconut Water is perfectly positioned to tap into this opportunity. With just 75 calories per can and no added sugar, the range is made using only natural flavours and colours with real fruit juices and no preservatives, providing shoppers with the ultimate hydration.

“The convenient new pack format makes Grace Coconut Water ideally suited to meet the needs of shoppers on a food-to-go mission. When chilled the range is the perfect solution for shoppers looking for healthy hydration on-the-go.”
