product news: Ginsters unveils new look for sandwiches

John Wood ·

Ginsters of Cornwall has unveiled its new-look sandwich range with a contemporary design inspired by the latest food-to-go trends.

Design cues have been taken from the master brand re-design and evolved consumer proposition revealed in June and celebrate heritage, craft and dedication with hand drawn illustrations and traditional wood carving artwork.

A larger window pane and clear labelling supports Ginsters’ commitment to using British farmed meat and cheese, and the brand’s continuing support of British farmers.

The design roll-out is spearheaded by new product launches, including Ginsters Chicken, Bacon & Stuffing sandwich, Ginsters Just Ham sandwich and Ginsters Just Cheese sandwich. For consumers seeking a bigger eat, Ginsters is also adding two new sub rolls to its range: Chicken & Bacon and Ham & Cheese.

Ginsters managing director Kieran Hemsworth commented: “We are extremely proud to see our new livery come to life across our range of sandwiches and award-winning savoury pastries. As category leaders, we are committed to developing innovative products that are distinctive in design and flavour and hero British ingredients.

“It’s not just our products that are dressed in our fresh livery, our fleet of delivery lorries will be showcasing the Ginsters new look to consumers across the nation.”
