Brulines Group has agreed to acquire LBI Installations, subject to due diligence, in a deal expected to go through on July 16. Brulines will pay an initial £360,000 followed by performance-related deferred payments. Established in 2006, LBI operates web-based contract management solutions for forecourts. It has a contract with one of the major supermarket chains. The deal follows Bruline’s agreement last month to purchase Retail & Forecourt Solutions Ltd.

On completion of the latest acquisition, Craig Brocklehurst current managing director of LBI will become operations director of Brulines forecourt service division, reporting to managing director of that division, Phil Maud.

Maud said Brulines’ aim was to offer the forecourt sector a market-leading, integrated ’toolbox’ of data management, analysis and associated products and services.
