A service station in East Sussex has welcomed new owners following the freehold sale by retail business advisors Christie & Co.

Burwash Service Station sits on a prime position on the busy A265, and was sold to experienced forecourt operators Raja and Rupa Rajani.

After many years in managing service station sites, the couple have taken the opportunity to acquire one of their own. They were assisted with funding the purchase by finance arranged by Christie Finance.

David Garrard, Associate Director of Christie + Co says: “Burwash Service Station is ideally located and represented a business opportunity that Mr and Mrs Rajani were delighted to snap up. With excellent margins on fuel and an attached convenience store achieving high turnover, this business should go from strength to strength — especially in the hands of such experienced and enthusiastic new owners.”
