Mono Equipment has launched a hot mini donut vending machine that serves eight or nine freshly cooked mini donuts in 45 seconds.
The self-contained unit uses a hot air convection system that prepares each portion, eliminating the need for hot oil.
An integral triple air filtration system also ensures that the system is virtually odourless. Sachets of sugar are located in a holder alongside the unit’s delivery chute.
Installation and maintenance is said to be “extremely simple” with no water or waste connections required. The heating compartment is cleaned automatically and the three-stage air filter can be quickly and cheaply replaced.
