JTI is introducing a new-look pack for its large whiff cigar, King Six. JTI’s head of communications, Jeremy Blackburn, says: "Cigars are a lucrative profit line for retailers and the new look for King Six will ensure it remains relevant to the modern adult cigar smoker. Large whiff cigars, which account for 35% of the sector (Nielsen data), should be stocked alongside miniatures to ensure retailers provide consumers with a range and choice."

He adds that the King Six format of six cigars, rather than the standard five, gives smokers great value and offers retailers twice the level of profit on return than a pack of premium cigarettes.
