A key event in the independent retail calendar, the Association of Convenience Stores (ACS) Annual Summit, is coming up on April 24, and is set to be the most inspirational yet. Focusing on three key themes - innovation, environment and community - the Summit will be chaired by TV presenter John Stapleton. It will feature presentations on innovation from Simon Woodroffe, who founded Yo! Sushi, and James Perry from COOK, the hand-made ready meals business.
