Planning documents have revealed EG On The Move is seeking to build a new-to-sector forecourt on a 100-acre business park on the outskirts of Grimsby, Lincolnshire.
The firm is seeking permission from North East Lincolnshire Council to construct the site on a 0.73-acre plot of shrubland by the Europarc complex, and envisages a 5,300sq ft shop facing four pump islands, with 28 parking spaces in front of the retail store, alongside four EV charging bays.
Access to the site would be from a service road on the retail park rather than the nearby A180 dual carriageway, although the forecourt would be visible from the main road.
