A robber got away with cash from the till after raiding a service station in the Dunsville area of Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

The incident happened at about 7.50pm on Saturday 16 April when a man walked into Barriecars petrol station in High Street and threatened staff.

He is described as white, aged in his early 20s and of slim build, is alleged to have been carrying a metal bar and demanded cash from the till.

He is believed to have been wearing a dark coloured hooded top and tracksuit bottoms, with a scarf covering his mouth. Officers believe he may also have been carrying a green and black bag.

No one was injured during the incident.

The man stole a quantity of cash from the till before leaving the petrol station, turning right towards the bus stop along the A18 High Street.
