The Coconut Collaborative has added coconut and almond milk variant to its premium yogurt range.

The Coconut Collaborative Almond Yogurt is a blend of 50% coconut milk, 25% almond milk and 25% coconut water. The company says the blend results in a tasty and creamy texture but with a lower-calorie content than other coconut yogurts on the market - just 162Kcal/120g pot. It aims to capitalise on the growing demand for healthy and free-from foods.

James Averdieck, Co-Founder says. “We launched this new variant as we noticed a growing appetite for almond milk with free-from and health-conscious consumers. Not only is this new variant dairy-free but it also harnesses the dual nutritional benefits of both coconut and almond milk, while delivering exceptionally on taste and texture.

The addition of Almond means there are now five flavours in the yogurt range; natural, blueberry, mango & passionfruit and raspberry.

The products boast a range of health benefits: free from dairy, soya and gluten; plus they have no refined sugar, are heart healthy, have zero cholesterol and are suitable for vegans.
