McCain has launched the latest advert from its We Are Family campaign.

The advertisement features products from both the brand’s chilled and frozen ranges, and is specifically targeted at two-person adult households looking to make weeknight meal occasions special.

It is the first time the chilled range has been featured in television advertising since McCain moved into the chilled aisles in September 2016.

The £3.2m multi-channel campaign will be rolled out across TV, VOD, OOH, cinema, print and online media and social channels for six weeks.

Mark Hodge, marketing director at McCain, commented: “It was great to work with all the couples in the latest iteration of the We Are Family campaign. Their genuine relationships shine through in the advert and showcased the true pleasure of coming together with the people we love and the special mealtime moments we connect over, which is what this campaign is all about.

“We are also delighted to feature McCain’s chilled range within these adverts for the first time. Our chilled products are particularly targeted towards the adult audience, so it was important for us to really highlight the growing popularity of this range among adult households – especially as they increasingly look to find premium products that they can enjoy with their loved ones and within the comfort of their own home.”
