Walkers has launched an on-pack promotion and what it describes as its biggest ever campaign to date.

It will be offering shoppers the chance to win cash prizes ranging from an average weekly salary of £540, monthly salary of £2,200 and annual salary of £28,200, as well as instant cash prizes of £5 notes inside the pack. There will be a guaranteed prize pool of £2m for the promotion, which will run until June 3.

Thomas Barkholt, marketing director at PepsiCo, commented: “We know that people love that payday feeling as well as promotions with lots of chances to win cash prizes. That is why we’re bringing back one of our most famous on-pack activities this April, but with a fresh spin, and bigger than ever before including a guaranteed £2m prize fund.

The Walkers Pay Packet on pack promotion will be available across the Walkers Core range in 32.5g singles, grab bags and on 6-pack multipacks.

The launch of Walkers Pay Packet will be supported with a high profile TV and digital advertising campaign from the end of April.
