The judges were full of praise for the car washing facilities provided at Fraser’s Retail’s Budgens of Marlborough site in Wiltshire.
They said they could see why customers head straight for this site when their vehicles are in need of some TLC. There are many well-presented facilities to enjoy, starting with a spacious, clean, easily accessible and welcoming forecourt.
The site features a rollover car wash and two jet washes, with plenty of parking enabling easy use of vacuums and airline. Judges described it as a "fabulous site".
Retail director Nick Fraser said: "We see valeting as an important part of our business because it is a high-margin area, and it’s important to invest in good machinery and keep it well maintained. We designed the site so the facilities were in a prime location."
