Certas Energy has invested in a roll-out of Sloan LED under canopy lighting across its Gulf-branded Scottish sites.
It said it saw this as a positive message to the market that it’s both looking at saving on energy costs as well as looking to attract greater customer footfall via much brighter lighting of the forecourts.
Certas performed due diligence on all leading LED products, and chose Sloan LED from Midlands-based Central Maintenance Solutions (CMS).
Ramsay McDonald, head of Certas Energy, said: “Certas Energy is always looking at ways to improve in all areas of its business, and it was a natural step forward to replace the old fashioned and expensive metal halides with LED lighting on all of our COCO Gulf-branded service stations. We are amazed at how quickly CMS installed the Sloan LED products, and thank the CMS team for a great rollout to our sites.”
Tim Herbert of CMS commented: “CMS are delighted to supply a range of its solutions to Certas Energy, and the installation of the market leading Sloan LEDs seemed a natural fit for a major company like Certas. We’re overjoyed that Certas are happy with Sloan LEDs. Certas did a fair bit of due diligence on a range of LED products prior to ordering, which makes it all the better.”
