Certas Energy has invested in a roll-out of Sloan LED under canopy lighting across its Gulf-branded Scottish sites.
It said it saw this as a positive message to the market that it’s both looking at saving on energy costs as well as looking to attract greater customer footfall via much brighter lighting of the forecourts.
Certas performed due diligence on all leading LED products, and chose Sloan LED from Midlands-based Central Maintenance Solutions (CMS).
Ramsay McDonald, head of Certas Energy, said: “Certas Energy is always looking at ways to improve in all areas of its business, and it was a natural step forward to replace the old fashioned and expensive metal halides with LED lighting on all of our COCO Gulf-branded service stations.
