LCM Environmental has carried out E5 preparations for two forecourts in Lincolnshire, ensuring that their tanks were in prime condition prior to the introduction of E5 Super Unleaded.
The work was carried out by LCM’s Ipswich-based teams over a weekend and the tanks were ready for delivery of the new fuel on the Monday.
Working through the night at the first site, the teams uplifted and polished 11,000 litres of super unleaded and carried out a Petroscope remote camera inspection, de-sludge and clean on the tank before drying it and dropping the polished fuel back.
The following day the teams carried out the same processes at the second site.
