TLM Group Technology has launched its new Support Hub facility providing support to convenience and fuel sites across the UK.

TLM was recently named ‘preferred referral partner’ by Oracle and it said the opening of the Support Hub was a key step in its provision of world-class support for all Oracle convenience and fuel EPOS and back office solutions, both hardware and software.

The new facility in Exeter uses state of the art cloud-hosted telephony and call management systems to guarantee a continuity of service and access to the support team. Customers can log support calls for their Oracle convenience & fuel EPOS and back office systems by phone or by email, and TLM claims its support specialists offer industry-leading support in unrivalled response times.
