’Movember’, the men’s health fundraising campaign, which hopes to make November the ’hairiest month of the year’, is being supported once again by the Exeter-based Chartman Group, which is always keen to put itself on the map with its various publicity and fundraising campaigns.

This year it is attracting attention to the campaign with signs on the forecourt encouraging motorists to ’Honk if you’re hairy’.

"Staff at the Winning Post in Exeter will be sporting moutachios to raise money for men’s health awareness and treatment through the Movember foundation," said Chartman director Clive Sheppard. "We did it last year and it was a great success."

Earlier this year The Chartman Group launched an appeal for funds to help the survivors of the earthquake in Nepal; and last year hosted the launch of the Highways Agency’s annual winter driving campaign.

The Movember Foundation is a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, and longer lives. Since 2003, millions have joined the men’s health movement, raising £402 million and funding over 1,000 programmes focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.
