Essex-based Top 50 Indie Plaistow Broadway, which operates seven filling stations, has installed three new jet-wash bays at its Wellington Road site in Taunton.
Somerset Council granted the firm planning permission for the project in June last year, with the works also including the installation of a new air/water/vac unit, plus rejigged parking and line markings.
Two of the new jet-wash bays are covered and one uncovered, while the bays are branded ‘Welly Wash’, named after the road which the forecourt adjoins.
Plaistow Broadway opted for Quadra Nova jet-wash bays from Croation firm Adriateh, while the installation was carried out by Dorset-based N&S Services.
