Officers from West Midlands Police are appealing to members of the public to help them identify a man suspected of carrying out an armed robbery at a petrol station in Birmingham.

The force says the man robbed the shop at a forecourt on Birmingham Road to the north of the city at around 7am on 28 December last year.

Despite carrying out enquiries officers have so far been unable to identify the man, and are asking for anyone who knows who he is to come forward.
