To celebrate the launch of McVitie’s first consumer biscuits ’collect and reward’ scheme, United Biscuits is giving readers the chance to win £50-worth of products. There are four prizes.
The company says its McVitie’s VIP Club scheme rewards consumers by giving away tea break treats that can be claimed by entering unique codes on its new website.
The promotion is running across 360 million packs of McVitie’s biscuits in the first year, including digestives, jaffa cakes, Hobnobs and Penguin.
The initiative is part of a £2.5m marketing campaign to drive awareness of the promotion. The scheme is being supported by TV advertising, consumer PR, the launch of a new McVitie’s website and point of sale activity in store.
