AG Barr is investing £6m in Irn-Bru. The campaign has two main platforms national support for the drink’s new pack designs, which launches this month, and activation of the brand’s partnership with The Football League and the Scottish Professional Football League. Marketing support will involve a sustained outdoor advertising campaign, PR and digital support; while, for the football partnership, there will be activity to tie in with this year’s Football League play-offs as well as brand support within walking distance of independent retailers, in a bid to connect with football fans who are shopping locally.
