E-cigarette brand blu is launching a product and packaging upgrade for its closed system e-cigarettes that will begin rolling out from this month. Featuring "enhanced technology and sleek new design", the closed system products have been designed to deliver an "improved vaping experience for consumers and greater stand-out on-shelf".
