Ginsters is relaunching its 180g individual boxed pies with new packaging and two new additions.

Joining the existing steak and chicken & mushroom pies are steak & onion and peppered steak. Rrp is £1.59. Refreshed packaging features the British flag to highlight Ginsters’ use of British meat and locally-sourced vegetables.

Andy Valentine, head of brand marketing at Ginsters, says: "Consumers are looking for good quality ingredients and a properly-filled product that has a home-made feel. Ginsters pies deliver against these demands and the British meat message is a key driver to purchase."

Also new from Ginsters are two lattices chicken and steak & onion, rrp £3.
