Ginsters is refreshing its sandwich range with a 50% increase in the number of products including new formats and flavours to appeal to a broader range of tastes and occasions.
The core range of sandwich skillets has three distinct tiers: Deep Fill, Classic and Simply. These include new contemporary flavours such as houmous & carrot alongside more traditional favourites such as BLT, chicken & bacon and cheese ploughman’s. There are also new Simply rolls in a choice of classic flavours egg mayo, ham and cheese all in a soft white bread roll.
Premium Batch sandwiches, a style that’s popular in coffee shops, are available initially in roast beef & horseradish, salmon & cucumber and West Country Cheddar ploughman’s.
A new range of flatbreads will offer consumers a lighter on-the-go snack. The initial selection will include chicken & mango and sweet potato falafel & mango. More healthier options come from Ginsters’ new selection of salads which include a layered West Country Cheddar, coronation chicken rice salad, Moroccan chicken cous cous and tuna nicoise. The flatbreads have rrps of £3.99 while the salads start at £2.99.
The entire range has undergone a packaging revamp to improve overall on-shelf stand out.
