The Byron Bay Cookie Company’s limited-edition white chocolate chunk & cranberry cookie is now a permanent part of the firm’s line-up.
European marketing manager Paul Maxwell explains: "We originally launched this flavour as our limited-edition cookie last year, but found that people were still asking for it in March."
UK-baked Byron Bay cookies use locally-sourced ingredients, free-range eggs and premium European chocolate. They are fully approved by the Vegetarian Society while the gluten-free range is certified by the Coeliac Society. The latest limited-edition line is a dark chocolate orange cookie.
The biscuits are distributed to the retail trade in the UK by Petty Wood.
