Bovril is supporting its core range with the relaunch of its ‘Bovril Biker’ advert in the run-up to Christmas.
The advert follows the trials and tribulations of a motorcyclist having a day to forget, but his day is rescued by a warm mug of Bovril and a smile. The advert closes with a Bovril jar wearing a Santa hat and wishes consumers a merry Christmas.
Jonathan Roberts, assistant brand manager for Bovril, comments: “The relaunch of our classic TV advert is a great opportunity for us to generate buzz around Bovril and remind consumers of the brand’s heritage.”
The TV advert follows the January 2015 launch of three limited edition Bovril jars with labels that feature the brand’s early 20th century advertisements. December is the last chance for shoppers to purchase the limited edition jars.
