Butterkist will be launching what it claims will be the first yogurt coated popcorn in late January.
It says the launch follows extensive consumer research that shows that yogurt coated popcorn appeals to consumers seeking a light and healthy treat or snack with maximum taste.
The new yogurt flavour will be available in sharing bag (160g, MRRSP £1.49) and multipack varieties (6 x 20g, MRRSP £1.69.
