Haribo, the UK’s leading gums and jellies brand, is extending its top-selling brands into new impulse formats, joined by a new convenient pack from fruity chew brand Maoam.

Included in this new impulse offering is Haribo Tangastic Stixx, a new bar that boasts the tangy taste experience loved by consumers but in a new soft and chewy texture. Sitting alongside this are two 38g bags; Hearts and Rings from Starmix, which bring the iconic pieces from the No 1 hanging bag into their own smaller treat-size bag.

These trio of treats are joined by the new Maoam Pinballs stick pack, offering ten zingly tingly Pinballs in a new format to enjoy on the go.

Hayley Johnson, marketing manager for Haribo and Maoam says: “Our investment into extending our impulse range marks an exciting move for Haribo and Maoam.

“When it comes to driving sales of confectionery, we know that brands that consumers know and trust create strong opportunities for retailers. We are strengthening this further by introducing good value treats that will add fun and excitement into the confectionery aisle.”

The extended impulse range from Haribo and Maoam has an RSP of 30p for each treat.

Johnson concludes: “Haribo and Maoam, as leaders within the gums and jellies and fruity chew sectors, have worked extensively over recent years to offer a full range of pack formats - this includes the popular portion- controlled treats and single-serve bags.

Adding this smaller pack format to our range strengthens the variety of treats that we offer to consumers.”
