Fontem UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperial Tobacco Group, has taken ownership of blu eCigs UK. This follows the completion of the acquisition by a subsidiary of Imperial Tobacco Group of certain brands and assets owned by US tobacco companies RJ Reynolds and Lorillard.
