Coming this month to the Rustlers range are Hot Naans in jalfrezi chicken and tikka chicken varieties. They comprise chargrilled chicken in a hand-pulled naan, with a sachet of sauce.

Brand owner Kepak’s marketing director, John Armstrong, said: "We’ve taken the two most popular Indian flavours and developed these products to enable retailers to offer shoppers their favourite Indian flavours in a convenient hot, quick and tasty format."

He added that Rustlers target audience (16-34 year olds) like trying new products, with 60% of them enjoying ethnic food and 50% of these eating it at least once a week.
