Mars Chocolate UK has unveiled a Snickers & Hazelnut bar; a new permanent addition to the range. The new variant is available now as a single and in a four-count multipack, with green packaging designed to increase standout on shelf and differentiate it from the standard bar.

The launch is being supported by a £2m media investment. This includes a range of pos material showcasing a new design, including pre-filled units, dumpbins and counter-top units as well as TV coverage, and outdoor and online advertising.

Retailers are advised to stock the new bar next to Snickers standard, in addition to existing facings. Mars says multi-facing best-selling lines drives an additional 23% sales as they create impact.
