Pot Noodle has introduced three new flavours in its King Pot range – Bombay bad boy, sweet & sour, and chow mein.
The new flavours join the existing chicken & mushroom, beef & tomato and spicy curry King Pot range, and form part of a development programme that aims to make the snack a £200m brand by 2006.
“King Pot accounts for 18.1 per cent of Pot Noodle sales,” says Unilever Bestfoods category manager Alistair Burgess. “The new varieties will offer a broader choice of snack for those with a larger appetite.”
The launch will be supported with in-store activity, price promotions and radio advertising.
